Technical Assistance (TA) to Amudat

From 24th to 28th November 2025, CEDOVIP will provide technical assistance (TA) to the
Communications for Development Foundation Uganda (CDFU), which is implementing violence
against women (VAW) prevention programming using SASA! Together under the Spotlight
Initiative.
This support will help CDFU staff gain the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to train and
mentor Community Activists and Leaders/Champions, ensuring quality implementation of the
SASA! Together Action Phase. CEDOVIP, together with Raising Voices, will also document
lessons learned from practice to guide future programming.
The TA in Amudat will focus on:
 Observing SASA! Together implementation in the Action Phase, including Local
Activism and Community Leadership activities.
 Providing hands-on mentoring to staff and activists, reinforcing quality, fidelity, and
support needs during transition.
 Conducting key informant interviews with project staff, Community Activists (CAs), and
Community Leaders (CLs) to inform a learning paper on SASA! Together
implementation under the G4DU program.
